Target Cell Enrichment & Isolation

Target cells are selectively captured using antibody-coated acoustomagnetic microspheres engineered for manipulation by both acoustic waves and magnetic field gradients. This dual-mode approach enables controlled enrichment and high-precision separation within a closed workflow, followed by integrated microsphere removal before purified, bead-free cells are collected.

Sample Preparation

The sample is mixed with selective and dual-use acoustomagnetic microspheres in specialized flow channels designed to promote efficient binding to target cells.

Cell Isolation

The sample is processed using both acoustic and magnetic filtration, where acoustic forces provide pre enrichment, especially for whole blood samples, and magnetic gradients isolate the microsphere bound target cells.

Debeading & Medium Exchange

Before collection, the microspheres are removed from the isolated cells and a buffer exchange is performed to prepare the final cell product.

Delivery

Isolated cells are delivered in the buffer or culture medium of choice, ready for downstream use with high purity and efficient recovery.
